Dashboard Product Manager

Description

• At Conduit, we're building the rollup-native cloud platform that will scale Ethereum.
• Crypto builders have been held back by a lack of onchain compute — without the ability to process a high volume of transactions quickly and cheaply, onchain apps and ecosystems can’t build high quality user experiences.
• Rollups have emerged as the answer to this problem. Just as servers work together to scale compute in web2, so too can rollups scale onchain compute in web3.
• Conduit combines web2 engineering best-practices with web3 rollup technology to make it easy for anyone to launch and maintain their own chain.
• We run the largest chains in production, including Proof of Play, Zora, Aevo, and more. This translates to 200+ chains across mainnet and testnet and over $1B in total-value-locked (TVL).

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally with a focus on developer-facing products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and APIs, with the ability to effectively communicate with engineers.
• Passion for creating user-friendly and intuitive products, with a strong focus on user experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy to various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, comfortable working with ambiguity in an evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and drive its execution: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our rollup platform dashboard, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
• Understand our users: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of developers who rely on the dashboard through user research, data analysis, and market trends.
• Translate user needs into product specifications: Create detailed user stories, product requirements, and use cases to guide engineering development.
• Collaborate across Conduit: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Customer Success, etc.) throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze product performance: Track key metrics related to dashboard usage, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to continuously improve the user experience.
• Understand the market: Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the Web3 and rollups space, identifying new opportunities for product development.
