Solutions Engineer

Description

• At Conduit, we're building the rollup-native cloud platform that will scale Ethereum.
• Crypto builders have been held back by a lack of onchain compute — without the ability to process a high volume of transactions quickly and cheaply, onchain apps and ecosystems can’t build high quality user experiences.
• Rollups have emerged as the answer to this problem. Just as servers work together to scale compute in web2, so too can rollups scale onchain compute in web3.
• Conduit combines web2 engineering best-practices with web3 rollup technology to make it easy for anyone to launch and maintain their own chain.
• We run the largest chains in production, including Proof of Play, Zora, Aevo, and more. This translates to 200+ chains across mainnet and testnet and over $1B in total-value-locked (TVL).

Requirements

• Strong background in technical services, technical support, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Experience working with highly technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to read and write small bits of code in multiple languages.
• Deep curiosity and eagerness to understand what is going on under the hood.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug issues across the stack, such as networking issues, performance problems, or memory leaks.
• Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the engineering and GTM team to support customers and maintain the rollup stack offerings.
• Ensure customers have a white-glove experience onboarding to Conduit.
• Act as the first line of defense when technical issues arise, debugging and resolving them.
• Contribute to defining Conduit’s product strategy and roadmap with the rest of the team.
• Create proof-of-concepts to validate entirely new approaches.
• Own problems end-to-end and acquire missing knowledge to resolve issues.
