• Web3 is shaping the future of global finance. DeFi introduces greater efficiency, real-time interest rates, lower costs, and user-controlled assets—enhancing, rather than replacing, traditional financial systems.
• While protocols like Morpho, Aave and Uniswap have grown into scalable, widely-used platforms, accessibility and fragmentation remain a challenge. We want to tackle the user experience, allowing protocol teams to focus on innovation and security while we focus on access.
• As the Director of Marketing at Legend Labs Inc., you'll help to engage, grow, and foster our community. Develop and build our brand voice as we go from 0 to 100 real quick. We're looking for someone with a strong product or brand marketing background who is ready to lead the entire department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
• You're always online, aware of the latest trends, sayings, and memes.
• Understanding of the current DeFi ecosystem.
• Exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills with strong communication.
• You are the origin of hype.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategic direction and vision for the brand experience.
• Define and elevate the brand voice.
• Engage and grow our social platforms.
• Make the world fall in love with the Legend brand.
• Full-stack marketing, from strategy to execution.
• Ability to guide and support agency partners to get the best creative output.
