- SSV Labs is a fast-growing startup applying Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) to enhance the security and decentralization of Ethereum staking.
- The protocol provides open and simple infrastructure for splitting and distributing validator keys into multiple KeyShares, allowing validators to operate across multiple non-trusting nodes.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of back-end development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js (at least 3 years).
- Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases (Elasticsearch is a bonus).
- Understanding of cloud microservice architecture and design.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency is an advantage.
- BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- High level of self-sufficiency, detail-oriented, and always looking to improve backend skills.
- Capable of reviewing and adopting new technologies while bringing innovative solutions to the team.
- Guide the team with new approaches and best practices in software development.
- Startup background, demonstrating passion for new technologies and ownership of product development.
- Develop off-chain modules for Ethereum-based technologies from scratch.
- Play a significant role in the Fullstack team, contributing to high-scale, big-data, cloud-based platform development.
