Product Marketing Manager

Description

• An independent project supporting the Marketing of the Lido protocol is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager.
• You will build and execute product marketing strategies that drive the growth and adoption of stETH in the DeFi space.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing management within the DeFi or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of Staking and DeFi protocols.
• A proven track record of writing excellent short- and long-form content.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product growth and achieve measurable success.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic results.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new marketing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of Go-to-Market plans for new product launches.
• Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates stETH in the market.
• Write compelling copy for blogs and social media posts.
• Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and protocols to execute co-marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support to ensure seamless user experience and successful product adoption.
