Community Lead

Description

• At Caldera, we’re on a mission to launch and scale a million interconnected Ethereum rollups.
• We’re seeking a crypto-native Community Lead to steward a vibrant ecosystem of artists, developers, writers, and more.
• You’ll build Caldera’s community playbook, lead events, and scale impact through ambassador and contributor programs.
• This role sits at the intersection of growth, creativity, culture, and crypto ethos, with high autonomy and ownership.

Requirements

• Deeply crypto-native with strong cultural awareness and day-to-day immersion.
• Experience building and managing large Web3 communities.
• Expertise using and managing communities on Discord, X (Twitter), and Telegram.
• Ability to manage decentralized teams (mods, ambassadors).
• Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and an autonomous relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Caldera on Discord, X, and Telegram.
• Design and scale ambassador and contributor programs.
• Host and coordinate community calls, AMAs, contests, and Twitter spaces.
• Develop systems for community recognition and growth.
• Track and analyze community KPIs and deliver insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure a unified voice and brand.
• Communicate community feedback to the core team.
