• This role focuses on developing and optimizing smart contracts for Across protocol.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, including internships.
• 1+ years of experience with blockchain-based projects, including hackathons or personal projects.
• Deep passion for blockchain technology, cryptoeconomic design, and DeFi.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
• Experience with smart contract development, Solidity, and security best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build protocol upgrades from idea to deployment.
• Develop smart contracts with a focus on security, simplicity, and gas-efficiency.
• Review and contribute to open-source projects within the ecosystem.
• Write bots and off-chain services to interact with the protocol.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure protocol security and efficiency.
