Requirements

• 3+ years in quantitative finance, DeFi, or similar roles with a focus on liquidity management and optimization.
• Proven track record working with decentralized governance (DAOs), treasury management, and familiarity with biotech funding models and tokenized scientific IP.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for quantitative analysis.
• In-depth understanding of DeFi protocols, AMMs, yield farming, tokenomics, and liquidity pools.
• Hands-on experience in designing tokenomics or DeFi incentive programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee liquidity provisioning across DAOs and decentralized exchanges (DEXs) for governance tokens and intellectual property tokens (IPTs).
• Manage liquidity pools, token launches, and auction parameters for DAOs to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective treasury management, including BIO tokens and bioDAO assets.
• Lead token launch initiatives, including governance tokens and IPTs after auctions.
• Optimize auction parameters for DAOs to maximize funding efficiency and participation.
• Build quantitative models for liquidity optimization, risk assessment, and pricing strategies.
