Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing, preferably in startups or emerging industries, with expertise in product launches, brand repositioning, and communication in tech or science.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies in complex, fast-evolving sectors.
- Strong teamwork, partnership development, crisis management, and community engagement abilities.
- Deep understanding of web3 technologies, biotech, DeSci, and DeFi, with excellent technical writing and data analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Molecule’s positioning, branding, and narrative strategy for upcoming product launches.
- Create the narrative and GTM strategy for Molecule’s IP protocol and lead execution of campaigns to build momentum.
- Establish Molecule as a thought leader in DeSci and biotech through public relations and partnerships.
- Foster relationships with the DeSci community, researchers, investors, and key ecosystem partners.
- Oversee brand integrity and navigate sensitive messaging during product launches and challenges.
