- Zama is an open source cryptography company building state-of-the-art Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) solutions for blockchain and AI.

- We are looking for a technically skilled and client-facing Solutions Architect to bridge technical possibilities with customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
- Deep understanding of encryption technologies (e.g., FHE, MPC, ZK).
- Familiarity with Ethereum, Layer 2s, cross-chain protocols, and smart contracts.
- Experience with clients in banking, digital assets, capital markets, or Web3 finance.
- Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance in fintech environments.
- Experience with custodians and exchanges is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business development leads to identify and qualify technical opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on secure data handling, cryptographic primitives, and compliance.
- Translate client requirements into architecture recommendations and proof-of-concepts.
- Lead technical discovery calls, workshops, and Q&A sessions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering on feature development.
- Own the technical pre-sales process from scoping to early implementation.
- Create technical documentation, diagrams, and onboarding material.
- Ensure customer onboarding and successful product deployment.
