Requirements
- Experience supporting complex technical products.
- Familiarity with blockchain development workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Hardhat and Foundry.
- Coding and deployment experience.
- (Optional) Background in cryptography.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel to Paris quarterly (if not local).
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for customer technical questions and issues.
- Triage and troubleshoot installation, usage, and integration problems.
- Escalate confirmed product issues to engineering and participate in fixes.
- Improve user and developer experience via documentation updates.
- Collect user feedback to inform product and UX improvements.
- Track issue resolution and keep customers informed.
