Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a tech company or high-growth startup.
• Proficiency in financial software such as Netsuite, QuickBooks, or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of crypto and blockchain accounting is a plus.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure efficient capital allocation.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including ledger reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, especially within the crypto and blockchain sectors.
• Perform data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making across departments.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Product teams to align financial goals with company strategy.
