Technical Project Manager

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee software and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering and management teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software project management with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to planning, execution, control, and reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro/LucidChart, Monday.com, or similar.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with all levels and functions of an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Self-starter who can identify pain points and propose solutions for engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LayerZero’s software and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Work directly with project owners to manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities (such as Marketing) to ensure smooth project releases.
• Provide regular project reporting to ensure company-wide alignment.
• Prepare and conduct daily agile exception-report meetings with management to drive action on priority projects.
• Ensure successful execution of projects as the company scales and optimizes its operational processes.
