Requirements

• 3+ years experience in tech community management, including 1+ year managing ambassador programs.
• Strong organizational and data-driven mindset with experience in project/program management.
• People-first leadership with ability to recruit and manage influencers/creators.
• Background in Web3 and/or Gaming environments.
• Proficiency in social platforms, community tools, and content distribution.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage Sahara AIs global Ambassador Program operations.
• Work cross-functionally with Community, Marketing, and Ecosystem teams to design growth strategies.
• Recruit and mentor diverse ambassadors to expand engagement and reach.
• Design KPIs, incentives, and performance systems to measure and scale impact.
• Create scalable content systems, coordinate campaigns, and amplify brand storytelling.
• Represent Sahara AI at live and virtual community events worldwide.
