• Trusted by Microsoft, Amazon, MIT, and others, Sahara AI is expanding its global reach through community-driven initiatives.
• We are hiring a Community Lead to scale our global presence, lead community programs, and grow our ambassador ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years in community management, with 3+ years managing global teams.
• Deep familiarity with Web3 and AI ecosystems and active involvement in community platforms.
• Expertise managing Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other real-time social/community tools.
• Track record of designing global engagement strategies across diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize performance using metrics and tools.
• Preferred: Based in Pacific Time (PT) for overlapping with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute global community growth strategies aligned with Sahara AIs vision.
• Lead programs such as the Ambassador Program and community engagement initiatives.
• Host and moderate virtual events (e.g., Twitter Spaces, AMAs, webinars).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to build and execute a content calendar.
• Analyze community data and adapt strategies to boost retention and engagement.
• Hire and manage a team of regional community managers and moderators.
• Establish and maintain partnerships that strengthen community participation.
