Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an undergraduate or postgraduate program.
• Foundational understanding of AI and/or blockchain concepts through study, projects, or self-learning.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration experience.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on innovative decentralized AI projects such as TEE-backed inference, federated learning, and incentive mechanisms.
• Support research, prototyping, and development under guidance from core team members.
• Contribute to Sahara’s mission by exploring novel solutions in data privacy, security, and distributed model training.
• Present findings, ideas, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and documentation as part of the learning journey.
