• Proven experience in Web3, preferably in a similar role involving influencer management and campaign execution.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• An existing network within the Web3 space is a significant advantage.
• Proactiveness and always going the extra mile is key.

Responsibilities

• Always look for and onboard suitable content creators, fostering strong relationships.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including ideation, negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Web3 marketing and influencer relations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within the company.
