Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cybersecurity and a proven track record of success in sales or lead generation roles.
  • You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team to help drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within the cloud native, cybersecurity, or DevOps industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, products, and services is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients using cold calling, email, social outreach, and events.
  • Research prospects to understand security needs and pain points.
  • Generate a pipeline of high-quality leads and meet weekly/monthly targets.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate on targeted sales strategies and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Stay current on trends and provide feedback to product/marketing teams.
  • Attend training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
