  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Sales Engineer to join our team.
  • You will support sales efforts targeting startup and midmarket prospects.
  • This role blends technical expertise with sales acumen, helping customers solve complex challenges using cloud and container technologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud and container security.
  • Experience working in startups and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales to identify and understand customer needs.
  • Use sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to communicate value.
  • Guide clients on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Advocate best practices in app and cloud security.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competition.
  • Build relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
