Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing solutions that describe complex workflows and address user pain points.
• Excellent skills in visual design, interaction design, and crafting intuitive experiences for technical users.
• Passion for creating delightful user experiences that improve adoption and engagement.
• A team player who values collaboration and thrives on giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Skilled at communicating ideas effectively through prototypes, visuals, and other design deliverables.
• A strong sense of ownership and initiative, driving projects from concept to execution.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in design and fostering a culture of quality.
• Desire to learn more about developer tools, infrastructure, and highly technical domains.
• Bonus: Experience with coding and animation.

Responsibilities

• Partner across product and engineering to define, design, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Lead the design process from research to high-fidelity prototypes and final deliverables.
• Simplify complex workflows, making blockchain development accessible and intuitive.
• Evolve and maintain Tenderly’s design system for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on user needs, business goals, and product priorities.
• Present and advocate for your work within cross-functional teams.
