Requirements

  • You’re a go-getter with a passion for sales and a talent for engaging conversations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in using CRM tools like Attio, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Fearless when it comes to making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new tools, technologies, and concepts.
  • Excited about the potential of the Web3 space and eager to dive into its complexities.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a must.
  • At least one year of experience in GTM teams.

Responsibilities

  • Discover: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Connect: Initiate meaningful contact to spark interest and build relationships.
  • Engage: Dive deep into conversations with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Qualify: Assess and qualify leads, ensuring a steady flow of promising opportunities.
  • Organize: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring every interaction is logged.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
