Legal Operations Manager

Description

• SSV Labs is a fast-growing startup applying Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) to enhance the security and decentralization of Ethereum staking.
• We provide infrastructure for splitting and distributing validator keys into multiple KeyShares, allowing validators to operate across multiple non-trusting nodes.

Requirements

• An Israeli lawyer with 4-5 years of experience in tech or commercial law, either in a big law firm or in-house legal team.
• Experience in additional legal fields (hi-tech, commercial, labor, digital assets, compliance, litigation) is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior management.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Experience managing projects independently.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity or experience with blockchain is a significant advantage.
• Experience with Monday.com is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal work across multiple fields, including hi-tech, commercial, labor, digital assets regulation, and compliance.
• Engage and coordinate with outside legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft and enforce company policies on various matters.
• Develop banking solutions.
• Ensure company insurance coverage and solutions.
• Enhance the company’s ability to monitor progress and company-wide projects.
