Description

• SSV Labs is a fast-growing startup applying Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) to enhance the security and decentralization of Ethereum staking.
• The protocol provides open and simple infrastructure for splitting and distributing validator keys into multiple KeyShares, allowing validators to operate across multiple non-trusting nodes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a blockchain startup.
• Interest in Ethereum staking and Web3 with a passion for building at the forefront of blockchain technology.
• Ability to understand technical information of a complex nature.
• Solution-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive self-starter with first-principles thinking.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Experience writing detailed product requirements for R&D and design teams.
• Ability to manage a full product life cycle, from conception to release.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in blockchain, particularly the Ethereum ecosystem and Proof-of-Stake, is an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of the Ethereum staking ecosystem, its players, and their different incentives and constraints is an advantage.
• Technical background is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Ethereum staking by transforming MVPs into scalable blockchain infrastructure products.
• Drive features from ideation to launch with end-to-end ownership.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop and steer the product roadmap.
• Define product feature requirements, propose implementation plans, iterate on feedback, and ship successful products.
• Prioritize product needs and align requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct research, collect feedback, and turn insights into actionable work plans.
• Track and analyze key product KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Get things done! Ship amazing products and do whatever it takes to ensure success.
