Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a tech-focused company, with strong sourcing skills.
• Proven track record of hiring A-players, especially for high-demand technical roles in web3/crypto industries.
• Strong understanding of the web3 & crypto spaces, including specific language, culture, and trends.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams across time zones.
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to resolve bottlenecks quickly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment process for various positions across the Molecule ecosystem, from defining hiring needs to managing interviews and closing hires.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for critical departments within the first 6 months.
• Hire at least five crucial priority 1 positions within the next 6 months.
• Collaborate with the SciComms & DeSci team on a traineeship program to nurture internal talent.
• Continually monitor and optimize recruiting processes to enhance speed and efficiency.
• Take complete ownership of the Ashby ATS setup, ensuring seamless candidate management and reporting.
